Plans change — here's how we handle it, clearly and fairly.
Bookings made directly through our website: cancel 48+ hours before your tour for a full refund. Less than 48 hours before your tour, cancellations and date/detail changes are not accepted.
Once the 48-hour window has passed, we're unable to offer a refund or make changes to your booking.
Larger groups take more coordination on our end, so we ask for a little more notice:
7+ days before: full refund. 2–7 days before: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours before: no refund. The same applies to changes made inside 7 days of the tour.
Shared tours run at a lower price because they depend on a full group coming together. If your date doesn't reach the minimum group size, we'll always reach out before your tour with options — a different date, an upgrade to private, or a full refund. If we're the ones who can't run the tour, you're never the one who loses money.
